This information is used only to respond to your request.
Transmission
The form is sent through a third-party form provider to be delivered by email. hCaptcha, a third-party verification tool, is used to prevent automated submissions. These providers may process technical connection information (such as the IP address) during sending and verification, and their servers may be located outside Türkiye. The information is not shared with third parties otherwise.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK
- Request that any correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result against you that arises solely from analysis by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
